What is the standard length for your LED profiles?
Our standard LED profiles are available in 1-meter and 2-meter lengths. We also offer custom cutting services for large-scale architectural projects upon request.
How do I choose the right diffuser for my project?
We offer clear, frosted, and milky diffusers. Clear diffusers provide maximum light output, while milky diffusers create a seamless 'dot-free' light effect for a more polished look.
What is your shipping policy for oversized items?
Profiles over 1.5 meters are shipped via specialized couriers to prevent bending. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the length and volume of your order.
Can your aluminum profiles be used outdoors?
Yes, our anodized aluminum profiles are corrosion-resistant. However, for outdoor use, you must ensure you use IP65 or IP67 rated LED strips and seal the end caps with waterproof silicone.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on all standard-length products within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in original condition. Please note that custom-cut profiles are non-refundable.
Do your profiles include mounting hardware?
Most of our profile kits come with standard mounting clips and end caps. Additional specialized brackets or suspension kits can be purchased separately in our accessories section.
