Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and details of the profiles or accessories you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring that long-form aluminum profiles are reinforced to prevent bending or damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Affix the provided return label or ship via your preferred carrier to our processing center, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the items are in original, uncut condition, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
